Court report: Lawrence, Bacon bound over

June 10, 2019 – Three cases were bound over to the Grand Jury in Sequatchie County General Sessions Court last week.

Judge L. Thomas Austin ordered Mario E. Lawrence, Jr. bound over in two separate cases on June 7, one for simple possession of Schedule VI drug possession and for DUI and traffic offenses.

The third case was a DUI charge against Autumn Kathleen Bacon.

Guilty pleas were accepted in the following cases:

Judge Austin set bond at $3,000 for Kimberly Gwynn, who is charged with domestic assault, aggravated assault, and felony reckless endangerment.

Several domestic assault cases were dismissed.
